We’re going to look at community floor plans and discuss the landscape for deploying smart technologies in the common spaces. This will include both passive and active technologies and their impact on residents and staff. We are thrilled to have special guest Chad Kurdi, VP of Engineering with BKV Group, joining us for this discussion.

- Intra-community vs. intercommunity
- Programmed spaces vs non-programmed spaces
